2 Ladies per room: $365 per person
3 Ladies per room: $310 per person
4 Ladies per room: $260 per person
The cost includes the hotel, Friday refreshments, Saturday lunch, and Sunday breakfast.
Your hotel room may be one king with a sofa bed, or two queen beds.

Completion of this form and $100 deposit confirms your registration for the retreat. From this point on, if you decide not to go, cancellation and refund policies below apply. A decision not to attend after registration will impact your roommate(s), as the rooming list will be provided to the hotel in February based on your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel, we recommend that you help your friends find someone to take your place. Room cancellation after February 14, 2025 is subject to hotel policy.

REFUNDS: Your deposit will be refunded after a new roommate has been found to replace you and your replacement pays her deposit/full payment.

Final retreat payment will be due by February 14, 2025. You will be contacted about how to pay your balance owed.
